2. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. 4. Plush products may be squeezed and slightly deformed during shipping and may need simple sorting to restore to a normal state.
